Swim with the dolphins at Delfinario, a dolphinarium dedicated to giving the public a chance to see and interact with dolphins. Find the pools located in the southern part of Cayo Guillermo, where you cross a 110 m (360 ft) long footbridge over the mangroves. You can choose from among three different services, from simply observing the dolphins to closely interacting with them. You'll have the option of jumping in the water, touching the animals, getting splashed by their fins, or being launched out of the water with their noses under your feet.
