Yoga with Mariel is a permanent discovery of your body. She explains, develop, correct your postures, and above all, she gives you tools. The studio is perfectly located, next to a great coffee house, down town, a place really Zen and comfortable. I highly recommend all kind of classes, Hatha, pilate, and restorative. Different teachers kindly share their vision of yoga carefully and professionally. All the equipments are in really good shape, you just need to bring a little towel, and your vibes :) A yoga class with Mariel is a must do in Tamarindo!! She literally made me addict to it.

What I love most of ser om shanti yoga is that they really care about every single student that is taking the lesson. All the teachers give adjustments according to the student´s level and make corrections if it is necessary. As soon as you open the door, you can breathe the nice vibe.
