  We were so excited to arrive here after our long journey by airplane, car, boat, and then car again to find that this hotel was so lovely (and the restaurant open late!). When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was so warm, welcoming and helpful. She even invited us to a fiesta in town! The hotel and our room were clean, well-kept and fun! The restaurant served the most unique and tasty food and the staff was so sweet! We were trying to converse in Spanish (even though they offered to speak in English) and they helped us and told us how much they appreciated us trying to learn the language. The butterfly gardens and the surrounding area is stunning and the hotel is a short drive down into town. We highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant to anyone planning to stay in Montezuma!
