At the Hotel Belmar Wellness Center, you will find a plethora of health and wellness options to replenish your mind, body and spirit, every day of the week.

With views of the Pacific Ocean, the Arenal Volcano and sometimes even glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean, the Wellness Center is the perfect escape. Here at the Wellness Center, Our Juice Bar offers smoothies and juices made with organic fruits and vegetables and superfoods that are packed with antioxidants and vitamins, as well as loose leaf teas, house blended chai, and fair trade organic coffee. If you are looking to do a cleanse or detox, there is no better way than to load up on superfoods that are high in fibre and protein before or after attending one of our scheduled yoga classes.

Our Yoga Studio offers 2 classes per day, 7 days a week, at 9am and 4pm. Individual practice and private lessons are also available. Our classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Restorative styles, as we have many teachers on staff. There is a yoga deck located by the property’s spring water pond, where we host many classes in the summertime! We also host international yoga retreats, for yogi’s looking to reconnect with nature and rejuvenate, right here in Monteverde. Our space offers a small gift shop with a variety of local art & crafts, natural self care products, yoga wear, amongst others. We periodically hold art exhibitions, dance workshops, community gatherings, and other recreational activities in our studio, as we strive to build a dynamic relationship with our community.
