Water Body · Nature / Park
Witness the region's largest body of freshwater at Dian Lake (Dian Chi), a 298 sq km (115 sq mi) fault lake at an altitude of 1,886 m (6,190 ft). Over 20 rivers converge into the ancient tectonic lake, which stands at the foot of West Mountain. Take a ferry ride to cross the lake, then climb uphill or take a cable car in order to get a panoramic view of the lake and Kanmin. Swimming is prohibited due to pollution.
