I went on the full signature tasting tour and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was personable, funny and knowledgeable. The extra portion of the full tasting probably isn't necessary for the average person but if you want a deeper understanding of the different rums it's great. I do wish that this and the tour of the actual distillery weren't at the same time so that I could have done both.

Tour was not long but it hit all the main points. Great quick trip for a group looking for fun and experiencing the different flavors of Caribbean rum. You learn all about the rum making process and then afterwards you get to taste all of the different rums. Our tour guide, Shawn, was excellent company and made the experience very enjoyable.
