Visited today, as it was advertised open Friday, there were about 3 market stalls and 3 Food stalls approx!! Some of the shops had things outside, this is not a market. Maybe busier on the weekend... more »

Great quarter of Sydney just west of Circular Quay. The streets are filled with historical buildings with well known bars and business. There are also small Pop up stores. The highlight is definitely the Street market with great food and nice stuff and art to buy. It's topped of with some excellent restaurants so you are always just a few steps from a great culinary experience.

Been going to The Rocks Markets for a long time now. This place is a Sydney institution everything is unique or handmade and merchants are very friendly. This is a place we also take visitors when showing them the sights of Sydney. Highly recommend dropping in when in The Rocks you'll be guaranteed to find something new every time.
