  Lovely place for a BBQ or picnic ... a few built in BBQs for use, big area for kids to run around in, 2 play areas with swings and slides in. Tables and chairs are on the outside of the play area so.....  more »

  Plenty of seating with barbeque pits in some areas. The lake nearby is a wonderful catch. I'm pretty sure I saw 2 playgrounds right in the centre of the park, which makes this place a good weekend getaway for families with kids. Huge area, well-spaced. Toilets (at least 2) are nearby, although their cleanliness can be debatable. It might be easy to get lost here, so be careful. There is 1 parking bay reserved for buses, if that's needed.

  Lovely spot for a picnic with a playground. A child friendly water park would be a great addition, this area has no free family water activities apart from swimming in the dam
