    i bought a prescription snorkel mask with a time restriction and the service was exceptional. the mask i originally wanted wasnt in stock for another few days, but the team offered a suitable alternative so that i could get it quicker. with express post. I received my mask today, took only two business days, and the mask is a great fit. very happy!

    Website lacks relevant key information (e.g. many products are not stocked and require a number of days to order in) and communication is virtually nonexistent once they have your cash (i.e. until you lodge a formal complaint with the fair trade ombudsman). Further, note that despite charging a flat rate of $15 for postage of relatively small/lightweight packages, these are sent via parcel post (aka snail mail) so expect additional delays... Use one of the myriad of alternative Australian or international online stores for orders if you need dive gear in a limited time frame or want a reasonable level of customer service
