  Last Friday my Mum and I had some treatments for her birthday. My mum loved her massage. I was not notified beforehand to bring bathers for the Spa. This is the first spa I have been to where the Spa is not in a private room. So, I cancelled the spa and waited 30 minutes for my massage. I paid for relaxation and I got mainly remedial. I was in pain the whole time with the pressure points she kept touching, I am still in pain today. So, my holiday as not as enjoyable as it should have been. I got a partial refund for the Spa not a full refund. I will not be returning. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
