  I haven't been there yet but will soon I first met Bernie when I worked in Caulfield at woolnoughs tyre service in hawthorn road He would come into the workshop to get his tyres on the cart checked Then the horse would dump a deposit on the floor Bernie would just scoop it up and put it in the bin He's an icon Shame on the council hounding him Please share this to support him
