King Solomans Caves, Mole Creek

We bought a ticket at a discounted price after finishing the Mole Creek Cave tour and did not regret the decision. It was a bit of a panic getting to the caves because we turned off incorrectly toward Cradle Mountain due to poor signage and GPS signal. Thankfully, a kind cave guide Aaron let us in late through the cave door and we were able to catch up. Wade led the tour through the depths of King Solomon cave and loved the stark contrast it was to the Mole Creek experience. The passages are much more narrow and you are able to have E a much more intimate session with the formations as they are a lot closer to the eye. The system is lit beautifully and there are ample opportunities to take photos. Wade was entertaining and knowledgeable of the cave's history and intricacies. The tour is suitable for people of all ages, there is no steep physical requirements to traverse the cave but there is a bit of careful walking required to avoid being hit by lower formations in the tighter areas. This cave is a pretty short tour but the sights are worth the money. It definitely is memorable.

Great funny knowledgeable guide, nice cool caves. Make it more interesting and bring a black light to shine on some of the formations to see if they fluoresce
