I happened to come across this store when visiting Queen Victoria Market. An absolutely magical place with a huge variety of Christmas stuff and masks from Venice. I totally lost track of time as I went through almost every single piece in the store. Each piece is so beautifully crafted. They have 2 sections, a red Christmas and a white Christmas and believe me when I say this, "This place is truly magical". I wanted to buy everything in the store and this will definitely be a store I'll visit for my Christmas requirements. A must visit for Christmas lovers

I visited this shop early this afternoon. The shop itself is small but impressive with their items. Decor is superb. While items are a bit on the pricey side, the quality is there. I had a lady assist me and she was more than happy to help. The issue that I found was when it came to payment. My card had issues with their eftpos machine and we tried several times but kept on failing. Now, the responsibility is on my behalf. What I found distressing was the way one of the shop attendants handled the situation. In front of multiple people, she asked me why I do not carry cash in a very judgemental tone. I said that it was just more convenient for me to use card. She proceeded to say “If you had cash, we went have this issue” in a tone that both made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Mind you, I am a paying customer. Regardless of any issues, situations such as those should be handled with more patience from the shop itself. I finally managed to tap and pay. As I was leaving, the woman that was rude proceeded to have a stern conversation with the woman that was assisting me, still within earshot of other patrons. Lovely items, lovely staff person but disappointed with the other woman for her service.
