Drove up from Launceston to view the penguins - this experience did not disappoint! While it was low tide and there weren’t the swarms we were hoping for, we saw quite a few and got up close and... more »
Excellent Penguin tours!!! We joined the penguin adventure at the Philip Island before. If you love that, you must joined this one as well. I promise you won’t get disappointed. We had a very friendly guide John who gave interesting information about the tiny penguin and took good care of all the group members during the tour. We saw the little creatures jumped from the sea and popped up to the rock. Then we had a walk and saw lots of them, the baby, chicks and parents coming back from the sea to feed their babies. We were also permitted to take some pictures but strictly not to touch them. Happy tour. Highly recommended. Tips: You may need to wait for some time outdoor. Prepare some warm clothes. Have mosquito repellant applied.
Beautiful experience and great staff. Well worth visiting during summer and spring with mating season, went during early Feb so got to see a few babies. Very lucky!
