Built in 1817 and owned by the same family until the 1990s, Woolmers Estate is a World Heritage-listed homestead furnished with period furniture. The complex includes a number of farm buildings and a rose garden. The estate's shearing shed remains the country's oldest still in use. You can stay overnight at one of the onsite cottages, but be sure to make your arrangements in advance.
