Josophan's is the vision of owner and chocolatier Jodie Van Der Velden, with an aim to create extraordinary fine chocolates, without compromise, using the highest quality fresh, natural ingredients, ethically sourced chocolate, and natural flavour infusions without the use of artificial flavours or preservatives.

Josophan's chocolates therefore have a shelf life more like a patisserie product, rather than a long supermarket shelf life product, and are best eaten within 7 days. Popular flavours include Lime & Basil, Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Fresh Mint & Orange, Honey and Saffron, and Chilli and Mango.

Same day courier delivery is available to Sydney, Central Coast and Wollongong through online shopping www.josophans.com.au however Josophan's Fine chocolates are too fragile to send elsewhere with Australia Post .....

    Beautiful hand made chocolates to satisfy any chocoholic. I love their selection of dark chocolates, especially the ones in the glass counter, where you get to pick and choose and they place them in beautifully wrapped boxes with ribbons to give away as gifts. Especially love their single origin dark chocolates and truffles. They make the chocolates on the premises and you get to watch them through a glass window at the back. They sell chocolate ice cream and hot chocolate in tins too. Well worth a visit

    Best Chocolates and they have ice cream too! Nice place to go to from Sydney as it's not that far.
