    Been there many times, it's still stunning and breathtaking. And it looks different from sunrise to sunset, from morning to evening, from a sunny day to a cloudy day. It's fascinating.  more »

    Beautiful lake. So relaxing and serene. We were so lucky to catch a full rainbow 🌈 Pity there were no pots of gold 😉

    Lake Jindabyne is a man made lake on the way to the snowfields from Sydney and Canberra. This lake attracts many tourists. A great trout fishing area. It offers picturesque views of the mountains in winter from the lakes edge particularly on the side where Kalkite is located. Aurora Australis has been spotted from this location and provides a great spot for Astrophotography.
