Griffins Hill is a peaceful, contemporary, architect designed yoga retreat set within a six acre bountiful landscaped garden, two kilometers from Dunkeld in Victorias west. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Southern Grampians, Griffins Hill yoga retreats focus on yoga, rest and organic vegetarian meals.

All yoga sessions are lead by Frank Jesse

Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher (the highest designation accredited by the BKS Iyengar Association of Australia).

Frank has spent more than 40,000 hours teaching and practicing yoga in the past few decades and is one of just 27 Senior Iyengar Teachers in Australia. He regularly attended classes run by the founding master of Iyengar yoga, Mr BKS Iyengar, at his school in Pune, India. A teacher's teacher, Frank trained many other Iyengar teachers practicing today.
