    Attended the endeavour voyage exhibition which was advertised as a focus on captain cook and the voyage, yet had very little information on either and rather focused on a “joint” perspective. Should.....  more »

    Cleverly set out museum on a large area on Lack Burleigh Griffin if even a little tricky to get there. I was particularly fascinated by the Captain Cook exhibition. It was exceptionally portrayed...  more »

    I suggest visitors take a torch as some exhibits are poorly lit. Many of the information boards are way too low to read, requiring the visitor to bow or kneel so as the information is anything close to eye level. Too many exhibits belong in an art gallery and not a museum. More emphasis needs to place on the financial benefits many of the exhibits made and continue to make for Australia. Overall a pleasing visit.

    Such a great experience.... a highly recommend place and a must see venue The place is very well organized and maintained. It is free for General admission but you have to pay for some special events and exhibitions Its a great place for the whole family, a special place from little kids to do some activities (dress up, coloring and playing with blocks) I highly recommend this place and hope that you will enjoy it as well
