SunJet Simulations, Caloundra

What can I say? It was ASTONISHING. Patrick, the flight instructor has taught me an absolute truck load of information. The Boeing 737 simulator is realistic and absolutely fantastic to fly, no matter how old you are. Most certainly worth the visit.

A funny story... I work at Home PC Repair and we recently had the opportunity to perform some computer system changes and maintenance for the Flight simulation system setup at SunJet Simulations. Although I wasn't a paying customer I "had" to test the simulator after working on the system - of course! I had to be sure it was running perfectly!! I was really, genuinely surprised with how fantastic the simulation felt you very quickly forget where you are, the sound effects the feedback systems and taking off and flying through the clouds to landing just feels unreal. Banking to turn the plane around in the air almost feels like you're in a real aircraft it's incredible! I only got to play I mean test taking off in Dubai airport but the experiences of flying through the grand canyon sound epic and awesome so I'll have to make sure they're working properly when we next do some work ;).
