  Nice hotel at a very reasonable price for the rooms. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Staff were all great. Rooms very clean. The restaurants (we tried two) were a let down. Good for.....  more »

  The Administration office were remiss in not having information regarding construction works at Casino entrance on thier website. Nobody that I am aware of were advised at check in about construction....  more »

  Visited for a week with family including 2 grand kids aged 4 & 5 years old. Had an awesome experience. Visited the Dream World for 2 days in succession. Missed the 3rd day due to weather conditions. Enjoyed Visit to sea world for a day trip. Spend day on Broad Beach. Great experience highly recommended for a holiday visit.

  The new garden terrace/bar probably has to be my favourite part of the recent refurbishment. With a small group of friends it's easy to find a quiet nook to chat with a drink. Chilly evenings are well catered for with outdoor heaters, and generally speaking the staff are friendly.
