  • Went on Easter Monday, that was a mistake. Lined up in the sun for 45 minutes to get in. No social distancing at all. Waited another 45 minutes in the cafe line of 30-40 people to be served by one...  more »
  • Easy to get to. Not very big so ideal for small children. Well set out so easy to get around. Plenty of opportunities for feeding and patting animals. About 2 hours to get around which I found just about right for small children. My 4 year old granddaughter loved it. Friendly helpful staff. Good facilities. Favourite exhibit was fairy penguins.
  • Great place to go with the kids. My son loved it. You can tell the animals here are very well looked after. Great thing is that, you can pet some of the animals too. But I suggest they should upgrade their car space. Not much parking inside so we had to go across the road to another car park which also wasn’t too big. We will definitely come back again.
