Douglas-Apsley is a national park and a locality on the east coast of Tasmania, Australia, 149 km northeast of Hobart, and a few kilometres north of Bicheno. It is one of Tasmania's newer National Parks, having been declared on 27 December 1989.

  • We hiked to the gorge and back. After the water hole the trail is well-marked but pretty redundant until you get to the gorge. The gorge is pretty but we couldn’t find tags/blazes for the alternate....  more »

  • Great hike, with varying difficulty. Camping close by.
  • A bit disappointed. Not sure what we were expecting. I think for walkers and campers it would be good but not family with small kids.
