Hello Everyone, I am a small time watch collector who has purchased from Times Square for 20 years now. Whenever I vacation to Aruba I cannot help but to head over and see Ronnie. I have purchased a total of 6 watches and Ronnie along with his entire team make the purchase , follow up and experience as great as it can be. He offers everything from the the time you need to think, the expertise advise he can offer, along with the follow up when I get back to home. He never leaves your side until the sale is perfect. I don't write many reviews but in this case I feel it's necessary. We walked into this place in April 2019 because I'm a watch guy. I have a moderate collection of watches from cheap to expensive and I know a bit about them, their history and movements. This place is an authorized dealer for many brands, including the ones I was interested in. After reviewing a few samples, I purchased a watch for myself and one as a secret surprise graduation gift for my daughter when we returned to the States. To my surprise, when I returned to the States and inspected our watches closer the one for my daughter had an issue. I contacted my sales associate, Max, thinking I would be out of luck - this place is in another country, nothing will be done and I would be stuck with this defective sample. Instead, Max understood the issue and took it on himself, contacting his partner, Ronnie, and they both took personal responsibility in making it right. They went out of their way to make sure I received a replacement, contacting me every step of the way. This is true customer service, distinguishing themselves from all the other jewelry stores you will encounter, and I am forever grateful. They have a loyal customer and we will be back next time we are in town for sure.
