In general, people were polite and professional. However, we are unhappy with the quality of education and the balance of it. As a couple that did six hours of education, we didn't feel like we progressed very much. Additionally, since we were both training on one kite, we felt like one of us was always standing around. It felt like a waste of time for one person. I think, it might've been better had we signed up individually for semi private lessons and then gotten our own instructor. There were other students, that had likely signed up for semi private lessons, but had their own kite an instructor and I think they probably did better. At the end of it, after spending $600, felt like it was a waste. Additionally, since we had canceled one session we had to ask for a refund. Though they gave us a refund, one of the hundred dollar bills they returned us was fake. It was pretty embarrassing for us to go and ask them to give us a real hundred dollar bill, especially as some of the instructors of laughed at us and they accused us of giving them fake money. Eventually we went to the casino and they corrected the error and gave us the real money. However, it was pretty disappointing to have almost received a fake hundred dollar refund and also be accused of giving them fake money
